Lone Wolf New Mexico, LLC completed the purchase of a 3,600 acre lease containing 16 shut-in gas wells North of Wheeler, KS. The lease includes an existing tap into Souther Star Central Gas Pipeline. The initialfield test on the wells indicate a substantial amount of natural gas currently avaiable in the Niobrara formation and strong potential of future development.

Currently, operations are under way to reconncect and bring up to date the exisiting tap, install two-phase separators and water tanks on four of the wells, and replace the old compressor with a new one to match capacity. Once gas if slowing into the gathering system, we will evaluate and work-over the remaining wells to bring them on-line as quickly as possible.

After that, the next phase will be to gather data (3D seismic) on the formation and create a drilling program in order to maximize the production.
