Located 45 miles West of Houston on I-10 and just three miles West of the town of Brookshire, the Brookshire Dome Project remains the most active of Lone Wolf Operating Company's (LWO) portfolio of projects. Since initiating a drilling program on this salt dome in September of 2001, LWO has drilled and proposed 123 wells with a current program of six locations scheduled to commence in June 2007. Success rate in this area has maintained a rate of 77% since initiation and as project operator LWO maintains an active completion/workover rig and is averaging 15 wells per year.

After the completion of the 3D geophysical program in March of 2002, many additional locations and prospective areas were delineated for the shallow Miocene play. Also, while the geophysics were not designed to evaluate the deeper horizons, several cap rock locations were chosen and have proven to be productive. This has added many locations not identified earlier. Finally, a deep sub-salt program is being evaluated and two cap rock overhang wells have been staked for the summer of 2007.

LWO currently has 12 full-time employees located in Brookshire at the field office and yard on Peach Ridge Road.

The current well count of 50 wells includes five salt water disposal systems. Total daily production is averaging 1,000 boepd. Average depth of hte wells is 3,300' and each one takes approximately two weeks to drill, complete and hook up.

This prolific salt dome project will continue to be the main focus for LWO in the future as additional reserves will added.
